Kathleen has been a successful title sales representative for over 19 years serving many areas of the San Fernando Valley. She is a college graduate and active volunteer in the community. She is also an active member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors serving for over 14 years in leadership positions on various committees. She was elected Affiliate of the Year for the organization in 1992. Kathleen is a founding member of the Women's Council of Realtors, San Fernando Valley Chapter.

Kathleen has been married to her great husband Sean for 26 years. She likes to spend time with her family which includes her stepdaughter Tara, daughter Shannon and granddaughter Briana. She also enjoys spending time in the mountains in one of her lovely cabins.
